Therefore whenever you want to impose that speed limit on yourself all you'll have to do is "activate" that implement. like the subject says,cruise control works fine on the road. Hmmm, another way to do this would be to create (or modify) an existing weight or piece of equipment that wouldn't interfere with whatever you're using and put the speed limit that you want on it.
